The staff were very accommodating and understanding of our family emergency and situation. The place was clean and quiet. So close to coffee and food as well as the zoo. Parking was included and in sf that is rare. I feel safe here!

Rooms were clean but noisy ac/air conditioner. Coffee makers were inadequate. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge, the office or in the vending machine.

The facility was clean and the staff is always very nice. There is no breakfast but the Java Cafe next door is wonderful! We stay for an event close by every year and the staff is so accommodating and the free parking is a huge plus in San Francisco
